With the app you can send us the diagnostic report, order material and follow the progress of your order.

Open our website on your mobile phone.
Go to «Downloads» and click on «APP».
Once the app opens, click on the vertical menu and look for «Add to home screen»: that way you will have a shortcut on your phone.
Choose what you want to do: send the diagnostic report or order material.
Fill in all the fields and press send.
If you are sending a diagnostic report, remember to write the reference number we give you on the parcel; otherwise we will not be able to locate it.
You can follow the progress of your order with the green ticks: report sent, sample received and analysis completed.
Access the results in ExopolOnline from the app.

Ask MRW to collect your samples and bring them to the laboratory.

If the link does not open your email client, write to 04700@grupomrw.com with your sender details, the number of parcels and the type of service.
Pick-ups requested in large towns before 18:00 are made the same day. For small towns, request it before 12:00.
